  1. I would like to go to s support group for husband cheating, adultery for two years and still lying for another year through marriage conseling he still never told the truth. He cheated with my sister. I am alone and destroyed.

    • You can find betrayed spouse support groups here: http://www.beyondaffairs.com/BAN/BAN_support_groups.htm. Hopefully there is one near your town. It’s important to know that you are not alone in this and there are so many other people that have walked this road before. It doesn’t aleviate the pain but it helps to share your story with someone who will listen and understand. You are dealing with two betrayals since he was with your sister. Find a friend or someone that will support you and allow you to figure out what you need to do. Take care of yourself… Try to do small things every day for you. Whether that means going to buy a coffee or taking a walk–do something that gets you away from having to deal with all of this. Those small moments will lead to bigger ones and you will figure out what you need.

  2. The pain is so real. It helps to see that others know what I mean.
How do I move forward when he says the sex is over but he has remained friends with her?
He insists they will never do this again. She is married also.
